Excellent new list! I like the reflection you had on the old one...sometimes goals change as time goes on, or time catches up, and you have to go with the flow. And, it's amazing how much day-to-day life takes up.

Here's some push-up advice (having gone from barely doing 10, to doing 42 about 6 weeks later):

Month 1: 4x/week, 5-6 sets of 10-15 push-ups, 1 min. rest between sets.

Month 2: 4x/week 4-5 sets of 15-20 push-ups, 1 min. rest between sets.

If you have to do them on your knees, that's fine--you'll find that soon enough, you'll be able to do them all on your toes. Try your best to go all the way down (arms at 90 degree angle).
